When is a 100 Billion not a hundred billion?

It didn't take long. After campaigning on the promise to cut 100 billion dollars from the federal budget the new Republican majority backed down on the first day of the new session. Did they say 100? What they really meant was 30 billion....maybe. They're off to a great start.
