I've really tried to support Obama

I'm getting tired of supporting a President who seems to have forgotten what and who got him elected. Instead of a president who will take the fight to the Republicans and who isn't afraid to use his office as a bully pulpit we have a leader who seems to lack the passion for a good fight! Today Obama announced a wage freeze for federal workers. What's the point? It's a symbolic gesture at best saving 0.05 percent - that's five one hundredths of one percent! He's talking about saving 60 billion over five years when he should be attacking the repubs and their support of Bush era tax cuts for the richest two percent which will cost 750 billion over five years. Who really supports these tax cuts other than some selfish rich folks and their repub puppets? This is a fight Obama can win by calling it exactly what it is - an attack on America's financial future supported by the repubs. Call them out. Man up! - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
