VP Quagmire

When running for president of the United States of America, deciding who to select as your Vice Presidential running mate is no simple task. It would be easy if you could select someone who you got along with well, or someone that you think would be fun to work with and spend time with. However no decision in politics, and especially at that level, is that easy. Complex search teams are put together and given months to decide who would bring the most to the table as the vice presidential running mate. Candidates for the office of President must take into account their weaknesses, and what states are battle ground states. It would be unwise to select a running mate that resembles you, and is from a state that is already a sure win. Candidates seek to pick a running mate that will counter their weaknesses, and help them win a state that could go either way. In today’s political climate that is centered around twenty-four hour news networks and overly energetic bloger’s, numerous names are thrown out there for the public to consider. Presidential candidates are very secretive about who they will select, and potential candidates are very candid when asked about being selected. Leftleaningrightminded.com has been watching this decision very closely, and has narrowed the list on both sides to a handful of possibilities. Over the next couple of weeks we will be reviewing a candidate each day from both parties, and examining their strengths and weaknesses. The answer to the question everyone is asking will soon be answered, hopefully we can help you understand what is being put into this decision.
